Rosemary Potatoes Component List.

8-10 Small Red Potatoes, Sliced.
2 TBSP Fresh Rosemary, Coarsely Chopped.
1 clove Garlic, Minced.
1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
2 TBSP Olive Oil.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes into small slices add all ingredients into a bowl to toss potatoes in then put on a cookie sheet.
Bake 30-45 minutes till preferred crispiness.
